The cold call David nearly hung up on.
Rabiu Plumbing & Heating, a plumbing and heating team, live at rabiuplumbingandheating.com.
The problem. David's team does serious plumbing and heating work, including emergency call-outs, and none of that urgency showed anywhere online. When your pipe bursts at 11pm, you ring the first firm that looks like it answers. David's old web presence didn't look like it answered.
What I built. A fast site with the emergency call-out front and centre, the services laid out the way customers actually search for them, and the payment options his customers ask for. Then it went live on his own domain, in his own name, like everything I build.
The result. The site is live and working for the firm right now, and David went to Google and said this, unprompted:
“A star service throughout. Cameron reached out as a cold caller offering a website service, and as you do, you normally end up putting the phone down. However we were able to work together and he’s done a fantastic job. He’s attentive and very responsive. Even the aftercare once the website is completed is great. Adamantine specialises in much more than websites. So if you pick up a random call from Cameron one day, make sure you stick around and listen to what he has to say.”
