Privacy.

Adamantine is run by me, Cameron, working with clients across the UK. This page explains what happens to any personal details you send through adamantine.app. The short version: I use them to reply to you, and for nothing else.

What I collect, and why

If you fill in the contact form, I get what you typed: your name, your trade, your phone number and your message. I use it to get back to you about your enquiry. That's the only reason I ask for it.

If you message my Facebook page or email me instead, I see whatever you choose to send, the same as any other conversation.

Who handles the form

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards what you wrote to cameron@adamantine.app. FormSubmit acts as a processor for that delivery; their own privacy policy is at formsubmit.co/privacy. Messages to my Facebook page are handled by Meta under their own terms.

What I don't do

I don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site, I don't set advertising cookies, and I never sell, rent or share your details with anyone. There's no mailing list to be added to.

The theme switch

If you flip the site between its light and dark looks, your choice is saved in your own browser's storage so it stays put next visit. That setting never leaves your device and identifies nothing about you.

How long I keep things

Enquiries live in my email. If you become a client I keep the details I need to do the work. If you don't, I have no reason to hold on to them, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Email cameron@adamantine.app and I'll sort it. If you're not happy with how I've handled something, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
